How It Works

Part of the fun is getting a surprise delivery to kickstart each season, so the final items are a secret! What we can guarantee is that each box will have products ranging from sports nutrition, healthy baking, on-the-go snacks, cheat treats and at least one item of fitness gear. You’ll also get exclusive recipes, wellness hacks, and fitness tips.

Our regular subscribers receive FREE delivery of their box each season, as well as an exclusive VIP discount of 10% off everything in our store (excluding gift cards) so you can continue to stock up on your favourite items.

These codes are sent out via email at the start of each season, so make sure you add to your address book!

90% of products we select are gluten-free, dairy-free and suitable for vegans, however, we unfortunately cannot guarantee every box will be suitable for each varying dietary requirement. If you have a question or concern prior to ordering, please drop us a line at and our customer service team will be more than happy to help.

At this stage we are not able to customise or swap items in each box, however we have exciting plans coming that will allow our VIP subscribers to choose from certain items in upcoming boxes. If you have a recurring subscription, you will receive your box within the first 10 days of the new season starting. For example, if it is our Spring box, you can expect to receive your box on or around September 10. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

For new subscribers or one off purchases, we dispatch the next business day if we are still shipping the current season's box. If not, you will receive the next season’s box. This will be outlined on the website at the time of ordering.

Our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

If more time than our advertised 7-10 business days has passed and you still have not received your box please check your tracking details or contact us.

We specify which box you will receive on our website in the product description. For orders placed later in the season, your first box may be included in the next season's shipment. If this is the case, it will be outlined on the website before you purchase.

Gift Packages

Our boxes make great gifts for active people, athletes, or even people just starting out on their health and fitness journey! The products we include are great for any goal.

We offer 6, 9, and 12 month packages, as well as one-off boxes. These are billed upfront as a one time payment and do not auto-renew.

To purchase a subscription package as a gift, head to our GIFT section of our website and select your package. If you’d like to include a message, you can add this as a note at checkout and we will include it in the first box.

When you get to the checkout, use your own email if you want to receive the confirmation, but put the recipient's details in the Shipping Information at checkout.

You sure can! Just head to our STORE section and select a card. This will be sent in the first box, so don't forget to leave a message in the order notes at checkout.

Account and Billing

If you are a recurring subscriber you can create an account using the email address you used when ordering. Once you have logged in, you can view and manage any current subscriptions you have.

You can update your shipping address by logging in to your account and going to the SUBSCRIPTIONS section. Click on your subscription order ID, then edit the Shipping Address and save. Your next order will be sent to this address.

PLEASE NOTE: You need to edit the Shipping Address on your actual subscription, not in the general 'Addresses' section of your account.

If you received a 6, 9 or 12 month package and need to update your details, please get in touch with us at with the following information:

• Your full name
• The full name of the person who gave it you
• The order number (if you have it)
• The new address or details to update

You can choose to skip 1 delivery by selecting 'Skip Next Order'. This will skip your next billing and resume the following season.

We hate to see you go and would welcome any feedback on how to improve our service and products.

If you do need to cancel your subscription you can do so by logging into your account and selecting CANCEL on your subscription. It is also important that you do this before the your next billing date.

Our billing dates for 2021-22 are:
Winter - May 24
Spring - August 24
Summer - November 24
Autumn - February 24, 2022

We do not charge cancellation fees. You'll receive an email confirmation and stop charging you before the next billing cycle. Please note we can’t refund any paid boxes.

If you are cancelling before your second season (you have only received one box) please contact to cancel. Upon cancellation you will be charged the $9.95 shipping fee for our one-off boxes.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns upon receiving your order.

We cannot cancel an order or make changes to it after it has been submitted. Please be advised we cannot provide refund to any 'change of mind' circumstances. For any questions regarding your order, please email

We hope this won't happen! However from time to time things do go wrong. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please take photos and email to as soon as you receive it. Our customer service team will evaluate the issue and send out a replacement as soon as possible.
