COVID-19 UPDATE (Last updated: 28 August)

While we are still shipping daily, we are currently experiencing delays due to state lockdowns and significantly increased demand with our courier company. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for your order to arrive.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver Australia wide. Please refer to the below for indicative delivery time-frames. 

COURIER DELIVERY (2-3 business days*)

All our parcels are sent with Aramex Australia. We dispatch items within 24 hours for all orders placed before the cut-off time at 8:00PM between Mon-Fri. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

*Delivery to regional areas may vary. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been processed, this will include a tracking ID to track the progress of your delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

Our couriers operate Monday - Friday generally between 9am and 5pm. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or VIC public holidays. 

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the delivery?

All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave. If you choose to provide special delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility for your delivery going missing once it has been left. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.

Our couriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery. They may do so if:

  • The courier feels it is unsafe to leave the goods.
  • There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Unattended delivery is not available for same day delivery.

What happens if I provide the wrong delivery address?

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day if our courier has the capacity to do, alternatively we will need to arrange delivery for another day. However, in these cases a redelivery fee will be incurred.

Can the courier call the recipient on delivery?

Unfortunately due to the large number of deliveries our couriers undertake they are unable to call the recipient at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns surrounding your delivery, please email hello@nevernothungry.com.au

RETURNS

Can the recipient exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns upon receiving your order.

Can I make a change to an order after I've placed it?

We cannot cancel an order or make changes to it after it has been submitted. Please be advised we cannot provide refund to any 'change of mind' circumstances. For any questions regarding your order, please email hello@nevernothungry.com.au

DAMAGES

What happens if my items are damaged?

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please take photos and contact us immediately so that we can get in touch with our couriers and organise to have a replacement if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require an email to hello@nevernothungry.com.au as soon as possible so the situation can be rectified by our customer care team.
